Strange looking flower of tomentosum x 'Flämingperle', code name tomFla-09. It has six petals, nine malformed anthers and the curved style is pretty thick and the stigma does not look fertile. Based on these observations I do have suspicion that a normal shoot has got damaged and changed its growth habit to flower type growth.

Microscopic picture of glands and scales on the leaf underside of tomentosum x 'Flämingperle', code name tomFla-09. The hairs typical to R. tomentosum are missing.
